“Precita Eyes has been creating, curating and preserving murals in this community since the seventies. I just cannot say enough about how much their work has brought this community.
Please take the time to enjoy one of their mural walks. If you want to learn the back stories of some of the great art we look at every day, this is the way to do it! The tours are run by local mural artists who are also Precita Eyes staff. They are just fascinating!” —Amy. A
“I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in art, San Francisco's history, or who enjoys learning fun facts about the murals which surround us in this great place, or to anyone who wants to spend a great day outdoors. I can now point out who did what work (weather it be a local figure, children from the mission girls school, or commissioned-worldly artisans). I came away with a better understanding and appreciation for this truly amazing city we live in.” —Marcelina C.
